These properties make the photoinitiator a key material in the photocuring system, forming a formula product with reactive diluents, oligomers, additives and other raw materials, and then applying them to end users.

The upstream products in the photoinitiator industry chain are mainly basic chemical raw materials: Benzoyl, DMPA, p-Toluene sulfonamide, Phenolic epoxy resin, etc. These basic chemical raw materials are organically synthesized with benzoyl organic compounds; the middle reaches mainly For the production and processing of photoinitiators, the products of photoinitiators include UV inks, UV coatings, photoresists and supporting chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticide intermediates, etc. downstream are ultimately used in consumer electronics, packaging, automobiles, furniture and other fields .

The quality standards for the main products of photoinitiators in China have been relatively unified. The mainstream products are 907, TPO, 184, 1173, DETX, ITX, 369, etc. different types of photoinitiator products have different properties and correspond to different industries. For example: 907, which has better solubility in reactive diluents, works better with ITX or DETX in colored systems, and is mainly used in inks, adhesives, printing inks, and home decoration. Both TPO and 184 have anti-yellowing properties and can be used in white systems. They are mainly used in furniture and wood varnishes, electronic product coatings, automotive interiors, home decorations and paper varnishes.
